: Oracle Tools and Database Version 6.0A is avalable for standalone PC running dos. I am running V6.0 on an HP Vectra 486 66 with a 1Gig HD and 16 MBytes RAM.

Oracle sells their older Oracle 6 for DOS PCs. There will not be an Oracle 7 for DOS. Oracle 7 is available for OS/2. I do not know the current pricing.
