Not much going on over here mate.
>From what I know its a combination of that which you mentioned. Rates are
v.low at the moment and we have laid off quite a few recently. John Hallas
on the list is your man. I believe he is in the contractor arena.

Very sorry about OT post - please feel free to flame/respond to me personally.
I'm moving to the UK, and wonder what structure most contractors are employed under. I've read about IR35 (pretty much the same as the "alienation of income" rule here is Aus). Do people work as "sole traders", set up their own plc, work for a body shop, or some combination of the above?
