hospital management system

as per to my ciricullum i am assigned to develop a hostipal automation/management system.

i would like the groups advice and help for identifing the various identities and relationships so that an efficient ER diagram can be made and hence a nice database.

if any one knows for where i can find resourses for my project or any one who has worked on similar project please help me out and if possible share the your information with me.
