Badri,

To start your Administration Web Server you will need to issue:

$ wlctl start 8888

That will get the Admin Server up and running. wlctl is "Web Listener Control" and is similar to lsnrctl (Listener Control for SQL*Net). It just starts the web server.... Once you start it up (note, the port number you used during the install is what you would use in the above command, I used the default 8888), you will be able to finish the configuration.
