Download PO7 WIN 95

Has anybody tried to download PO7 for windows 95 from www.oracle.com ?
I am getting following error when I click on any of the 3 (6MB each)
files :
Netscape is not able to locate the server.
www-dc.us.oracle.com server does not have DNS entry.
Check the location of the server name in URL.
Any idea what this is ?
