MS-Windows based tools

I am currently running Oracle on a Data General AViiON 6220 with DOS based clients communicating with SQL*Net TCP/IP. I am not pleased with the fact that Oracle's tools are not compatible with the enhanced mode of MS-Windows which is our standard user interface.

I would like to find some third party tools that will allow me to replace SQL*Forms, SQL*Menu, and SQL*ReportWriter with a Windows based product. The report capabilities of the tool must be able to handle preprinted forms on a laser printer and a line printer. I would also prefer a tool that included free runtimes, though this is not needed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
