No. I see someone that couldn't follow the rules, got into trouble, and didn't learn from that experience that rules should be followed unless you are willing to suffer the consequences there-of.
I'm a potential employer ... based on your post I wouldn't hire you. A reasonable conclusion you should draw is that you are your own worst enemy.
