Hi there!
Try the "Oracle Developer Handbook 2nd edition" available from
Osborne/Oracle Press. It contains info about the latest version of
Developer/2000. I believe it also contains a trial cd with both the tools
and a database...Check "http://www.osborne.com/oracle/index.htm"!
