No. Download the patch from metalink. The README says what you need
to do, including a link to

It's pretty simple, but be sure and look for additional patches for your situation. For me, IIRC I felt the need to patch export (Note:199416.1 Note:223399.1) and a couple of other things, and I found at least one situation where (inline update SQL) code broke going from 8.1.7.2 to 8.1.7.4 that was not documented anywhere that I could find.
