Look at the default INIT.ORA in %ORACLE_HOME%\database. It will show you some sample sizes for a "small", a "medium" and a "large" database. But keep in mind that any of these values are just a starting point, and pretty much no different than a starting point that others can give you as well. The best values will be determined by your application and data access patterns. So you'll have to monitor your performance metrics and adjust accordingly.
