That is very helpful. The original post did not give us a good idea of what your needs were. Actually, you can do raw devices on NT, but I have not heard of any backup software that can deal with them. (sort of you can do something, but it is a bad idea to do it.) I would try Oracle's web site. I believe that they have white papers on that. Give Oracle a call. Good luck.
