This is contigent on what you said ....

Depending on what you are ready to give up and how far you are ready to stretch to find a job there could be one out there for you. Your consulting experience could be used to leverage your job search.
It may be hard to say that there are NO openings for junior DBA,s. With your siebel experience and some PL/SQL you could find a way in and why not request from the start your interest in assisting the dba from where you can grow .
In the meantime invest your time in Oracle as suggested earlier on in the thread while searching for a spot to squeeze in. (This is exquisitely expressed in the Pidgin language ["chuk head"]Get your head inside)
