You can use a standby database, that is Oracle copy the records from the log files into a standby database.

That is enabled using the following parameters:

In the primary database

LOG_ARCHIVE_START=TRUE
LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_1= "LOCATION = local directory MANDATORY"
LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 = "SERVICE= net service remote instance MANDARTORY
REOPEN 30" In the standby databse
