Deadlock errors in PeopleSoft CRM 8.14 Help Desk

We are getting deadlock errors intermittently...of course PeopleSoft is scratching their heads...does anyone know anything about this? We are running the web and app server on sun solaris and the db on AIX/UNIX. db is Oracle. I can reciprocate if you are also having issues...information from PS is hard to come by that is meaningful.
