problem installing oracle 9 under solaris

I am having problems installing Oracle 9 for Solaris 32-bit.
It seems that there is something wrong with JRE installation.
Trying to start for example netmgr tool just says that it
can locate java. If I go to $ORACLE_HOME/JRE/bin/sparc/native_threads
and try to run jre program myself I get the message that
library /usr/java/lib/sparc/native_threads/libjava.so could not be loaded.
Such directory does not even exist. Why is he trying to load this
library and ignores LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
