64Bit Oracle or 32Bit Oracle??

Hi

Should I use 64 bit oracle or 32 bit oracle on our production database. The server is a 6 way 64 bit machine. (8.1.7 Enterprise Ed.) (platfom is RS6000/AIX)

What are the benefits/disadvantages of using either?
