Oracle has a vast number of products and applications. It will be
difficult to pinpoint one way or the other. But normally the following
would apply. In any case, oracle itself has a education portal, which
you can refer to.
You need to know SQL, PL/SQL
If you're planning to do front-end programming, Developer 2000, Forms
6x could be useful. Else, if you're into multi-tier, internet
programming, SQLJ, JServer could be the way to go. You might want to
go into Oracle Designer in case you want to design applications using
CASE tools.
