First, any of the three can be used to do your project. I can say that with a 80% chance of certainty even without knowing what your project is.
As far as sites, you can visit each of the companies' web sites and you can find the information. But just remember the old joke: q: "How do you know a RDBMS salesman is lying to you?" a: "His lips are moving...."
