We had the same problem at our office after upgrading to v1.3 of Designer/Developer 2000. I believe that one of our developers tried making the button iconic, which helped but did not completely solve the problem. Our solution was to downgrade back to v1.2 until the bugs are worked out. Hopefully someone else has a better solution?
