Well, there isn't a file called VCPI anywhere. To correct this, use a ram paramater in your config.sys file in your memory manager line. The following example should work:
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE RAM 4096 You most likely have the NOEMS parameter set. Hope this helps.
