Do I really need to strip CR's with SQL*Plus?

Hi there.

I wrote a SQL-script with edit. Then I tried to load the script to SQL-Plus 3.1 for Windows... But when I tried to run it, it stopped right after the first semicolon.

I guess the problem is with the CR/LF-pairs, as the SQL-scripts that came with Oracle have only the other one (LF?). So, do I REALLY need to convert my scripts? If so, than what a bummer...:( I would expect this from the Unix version of SQL*Plux... But Windows version... ?!?
