Powerbuilder vs. Developer 2000

Does anyone out there have opinions on these two products ( or others like them ). We are about to start working on a Windows project from scratch and would like to choose a RAD system that connects to Oracle 7.2 easily. I am going to have demos in by both groups but wanted to know opinions.
