Are you trying to install Personal Oracle for Win 3.1 on a Win95 PC? Because the Personal Oracle 7 for Win 3.1 will not work on win95. You will need to install Personal Oracle for Win95. Trial version available at the Oracle Web site: http://www.oracle.com/
