Folks:
there an oracle tech paper available on an oracle support board that i
cannot access. i'm told that there's no restriction on its distribution,
but there is no way for an ordinary, sneaker-wearing guy to fetch it that
i can find.
is there someone who can either make available or tell me how i can get a
copy of this paper:
