Has nobody mentioned the several very good X emulators for Windows? If you want to have the best of both worlds, i.e. have standard PC's on desks, but don't want to develop in Windows front ends for some reason, this is the way to go. However, we looked at X, and I think we're now coming down (with some regrets, i.e. we don't really enjoy propping up ol' Bill) on using Windows native GUI tools instead, mostly because you can get more out of buying your developers decent PC's instead of getting them all X-terminals...
