There is a package called R:WEB (from www.microrim.com) that allows to access any ODBC supported database. It should be released by now.

IT has a very good screen desinger (like oracle forms or powerbuider) and directely accessess databases from NT using ODBC. Once the forms are designed, they are ready for access by WWW users.

No CGI or any complicated scripts/conversions required.
