Interfacing Oracle Database to the WWW

I'm interested in investigating a few software packages that might
allow me to give my Oracle database a presence on the WWW.   I'd like
to allow WWW users (that access my web pages) the means to query and
insert data.  What is the most popular means of creating Oracle-WWW
interfaces?
