Try

Select Owner_Name, Table_Name

   from All_Tables
   where Table_Name = 'table';

Replace 'table' with the name of the table that you are looking for (keep the single quotes).

Note: All_Tables only shows you the tables that you have access to. DBA_Tables shows all tables in the system, but if you are a normal user, you probably don't have access to it.
