Pretty standard experience! Now, wouldn't it be nice if they would have a benchmark race for support like they do for TPC-A & B! Can you see the press release?
SOMEPLACE, Ca. Oracle announces fastest and most accurate support figures reported to date. On Monday all calls were answered by a real human on the second ring and correct answers given in 99% of the cases! Larry promises to continue to beat these figures!!
Of course that wouldn't cause a flame war on the 'net.
