The background colour of the hint text is set in the DLL (Dynamic Link Library) which I believe is 'showhint.dll'. If you want the yellow background, I think you can give a call to Oracle Support, and they should supply you with it.

If they don't , or you have problems getting it, give me a shout and I'll see what I can do.
