Question : Toolbar Problem in Forms4.5

I have created a Toolbar and set some hint text for all the buttons in the toolbar. When I run the form I get the hint text, but then the text comes up with a white back ground instead of yellow back ground. I need it to be yellow back ground. How do you set it. Thanks in anticipation of ur help.
