As of 28-Jul-1995, Oracle 7.1.3.2 is certified on OpenVMS Alpha and OpenVMS VAX V6.2. You need to call Oracle Worldwide support for the patch for bug #291850. Then call Digital Customer Support for two mandatory OpenVMS patches for SYS_NERR and SYS_ERRLIST.
