crypt in forms4.5 / PL/SQL

Hi there

In a Oracle Forms 4.5 - RDBMS 7.1 environment, I need to encrypt certain enterable fields before shipping them to the database.

As I could not find a encrypt / crypt function in forms or pl/sql, I guess I woulod have to make a user-exit to do the function.

Does any-one have an implementation of this function already? Or will it apear in an upcomming version of forms / PL/SQL?
