Help!: USDMEM.DLL GPF's

We are just getting started with Oracle forms on windows.

We get GPF's from Forms Run-Time and SQL*PLUS just after logging in.

---> USDMEM.DLL 0001:0102 <---

We've submitted to tech support, but they are not helpful as of yet.

We are using:

Oracle TCP/IP Adapter: 2.1.4.1.3
SQL*NET: 2.1.4.1.4
Oracle Forms: 4.5.5.3.9
SQL*PLUS: 3.1.3.5.4 Also we are using Netmanages TCP/IP stack: 4.5

All this running on a COMPAQ Smartstation.

The server is Oracle 71 on VAX/OpenVMS.
