Oracle does not produce any such utility, nor have I heard of any third
party utility.
1b)
This without a doubt WILL NOT work. There is no way that the SQL*Forms
Generator v2 (which generates SQL*Forms v3) will run against
Designer/2000. Any work that you do to make it do so will be extensive,
and unsupported.
Unfortunately, the only advice I can give with your current situation is to stay with CASE*Dictionary v5.0.
