Doris,

the latest release of the Oracle CASE product is the Designer/2000 product. If you are going to start a large product with multple developers and would like to capture multiple details including user requirements and understand how the who process works you want the CASE tool.

However if you have smaller project with a few developers and not a large user community you might be better off doing development the traditional way.

I have four years of the Oracle CASE products.
