This bascially means you have an incorrect connect string. If you are
trying one of the sample apps, then they all use the SQL*Net alias
"ExampleDb" which you should set to "2:" in ORACLE.INI. Or you could
just use "2:" (without quotes) for the DatabaseName property. Or you
could use "Oracle7" instead since I believe that alias is defined by
the PO7 install..
