Which DB? PAradox, Access, other?

Hello

        I've been task to write a simple Trouble Report database. Will require remote access capablility. We have Paradox 4.5. But I've heard that product is in trouble so if I wanted to purchase another license in two years, they may not be around.

which one would you choose:

Paradox 4.5
MS-Access
Some other PC based RDBMS
