The FALL Meeting of the Los Angeles Oracle User Group will be held on Thursday, October 20, 1994 at Amgen, Inc. 1840 DeHavilland Dr. Thousand Oaks, CA
8:30 AM Registration and Welcome: Refreshments served.
9:00 Opening Remarks and Announcements. Vendor Introductions. Vendor demonstrations will be set up for the remainder of the day. 9:30 Joe Celko, DRT Systems International and DBMS Magazine: "A Look at SQL92, the Shape of Things to Come". 10:30 Break - Refreshments will be served in vendor demonstration area. 10:45 Joe Celko: "SQL92" continued. 11:45 Lunch. 1:15 PM Bill Falvey, Oracle Corporation: "The World of Applications within Oracle". 2:15 Break - Refreshments will be served in vendor demonstration area. 2:30 Open Forum: "What I Learned at International Oracle User Week". 3:45 Break - Refreshments will be served in vendor demonstration area. 4:00 Campgrounds: DBA CASE & Tools Oracle Applications Campgrounds are hosted discussions of topic areas. Please bring your questions and problems for discussion.
