ORA-3519 Flush Error

I encounter this error when attempting to run an Omnis 7v1.2 library on a specific user's Macintosh against a remote Oracle 7.0.16 database running on an HP UX 9 host. This library runs on every other user's Macintosh. I've reinstalled the Oracle drivers -- to no avail. I suspect that this user's Mac OS has been corrupted or something is missing from his environment . Any further ideas?

(We are on the verge of releasing an Omnis 7v3.0 version of this library. I'll test this on the problematic Mac.) Received on Fri Oct 14 1994 - 22:03:46 CET
