Actually, yes. I noticed a wide variance between types of questions, though. It seems a matter of luck. I've had the best luck around 6pm Pacific time. Not sure exactly what you mean by reliably. A wide variance indicates not very reliable. I took it you meant accurate in certain instances, from the "any."

Precise and clear problem definition, patience and pushiness all can help.
