RUNTIME MODULES

   How does the runtimes for forms and reports work? Are there separate ones for Motif, Openlook and Character Mode? Or is there just one runtime that will do all three on the unix commandline?  

  Has anyone actually had any of their technical questions answered reliably by Oracle? Ever? It seems to be a company entirely run by the suits, without any reliable soul in site. Ah ... except for this one man who spoke very clearly, answered questions very honestly and had a pleasent sounding voice. A rare breed salesbreed I must say. The problem is that he is a contact for their federal clients and I don't want to bug him. Of all the Oracle people I have spoken too he was the only reliable contact.
