Oracle has a red and black book with product descriptions. It needs to be updated though, since it is dated 1993.  

Server Manager is a new GUI based DBA tool that is destined to eventually replace SQL*DBA, although it does have a line mode that claims to be backwardly compatible with sql*dba.  

I can't help with the other two, other than guessing.
