 RTSS (Real Time Support System), is what the Oracle folks generally use to find the support info (versions,etc.) to provide to folks who call up.

The PVR option provides information on the various platforms covered by your support contract (CSI#) about version availability for various types of media. You can order upgrades simply by entering a TAR and asking for an upgrade in it.

The PCR database contains information on various bugs (not all bugs though) and when they may, may not, or have been fixed.

And last but not least.. anyone with a valid supoort contract can get access to RTSS by calling support and wading through the phone system to media/nontechnical,  then customer service, and they'll set you up.
