you will need as many pro*c lic as you will have similtanious programmers (using pro*c), (ie if you are the only one running it or only one programmer at a time then only 1 licence is needed). you will need as many sql*net licenses as you will have similtanious users. ie if you only have 4 suns then why would you need 20 lic.? either 1 lic per machine or 1 lic per simultanious users (serving the lic off of a file server)
