Does anyone have any suggestion on a standard related to average cost per line to develop code in a 4GL environment? I know that the government had estimating guidelines for 3GL like ADA and C, but I'm trying to locate any standards for the various 4GLs. Please e-mail any replies to dptom_at_sgi.com.
