1. Edit the database (after writing an forms application to hit trigger text) or
2. Edit the .inp file and reload it into forms (or database using iac) NOTE: Watch out for TRUNCATION of lines (keep < 75 bytes) NOTE: Watch out for TABS, iac handles them, iag handles them but iad screws up.

P.S. I have hand hacked .inp files since Oracle 4.1.13.beta thru
