Right, they are not part of the *database* software (the one CD that had the actual Enterprise Edition *database* installer on it). I would not claim that they are. But, the CDs for the Developer Server and WebDB did indeed come in the 2 box set that the various other Oracle software, including several versions of the database, came in. All in the same "software set", if not "software suite", I dont' know. Whatever it's called, it did all come together. The Forms and Reports CDs did come in a separate package, in hard CD cases. FWIW.

Yep, we do have that part installed, but maybe not correctly.

Went back and installed the server option, still didn't get that file. Then I tried installing custom, chose *everything*, and got an error message that the web part could only be installed on Windows NT, and so that's the problem, I guess.

Sorry for all the confusion.
