Forms and the forms server aren't part of the database software. They're a separate suite and aren't available on the 8i installation CD's.

If the file is totally missing from the hard drive, it sounds like you either:
1) Haven't got Developer 6 installed on that box. [Quoted] [Quoted] 2) Did install Forms, but didn't choose the 'server' option that comes up at [Quoted] the very beginning of the install. If you have ifrun60.exe then you did install Forms, but without the server option. Try uninstalling and reinstalling and look for that pop-up box during the install.
