Hello!
1.
Is it possible to control somehow time of performing queries
using Pro*C Oracle tool? I mean how to set timeout for such
actions and return control to program?
2.
What is better use in Pro*C:
Direct connecting to remote DB OR connecting using DB Link?
Which solution consumes more time? What are performance dis/advantages?
Many thanks in advance,
regards,
Piotr
P.S.
My appologies if this is an imporoper group for such questions.
